Paul R. Gorndt
     Paul R. Gorndt, 52, of Silver Creek died Wednesday
(Oct. 12, 2011) at TLC Lake Shore Nursing Facility.
He was born Feb. 9, 1959 in Lackawanna, NY, the son of
the late Richmond and Ann Marie (Houston) Gorndt.
       A lifelong resident of the area, Paul was the owner
and operator of PRG Painting in Silver Creek. He belonged
to the Silver
Creek Firehouse Social Club and also has
volunteered for the Silver Creek Food Pantry and the
Habitat for Humanity.
       Survivors include his wife, Margaret (Dicenzo) Gorndt;
a son, Jesse (Yvonne) Gorndt of Silver Creek; a sister,
Denise Gorndt of Gowanda; a niece, Christyne Nadeau of
Rochester; two nephews, Lawrence Nadeau of Gowanda
and Jared Kinlaw of Holly Springs, N.C.; and several aunts,
uncles and cousins.
       Friends may call at the Hole-Parker Funeral Chapel,
Silver Creek on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011 from 10-11:00
a.m., where a Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the
Chautauqua County Hospice.
